The following is some video I took while interviewing Ben about the wear and tear of his Powerbook. He acknowledges that continued use of a computer can cause failure of the keyboard. That is a difficult repair on the notebook computer.
I also tried to weasel information out of him about how important our computer are in getting homework done and in communicating with family and friends, but he would not acknowledge how important his computer is. I would be lost without my computers. I couldn’t get most of my work done.
