How to Assign a Student Their Very Own Personalized Google Form

Do you use Google Forms on a daily basis for warm up activities and/or exit tickets? If so, you may want to take advantage of pre-filled Google Forms. You can assign a personalized form to each of your students to bookmark. Each form should consist of basic pre-filled information such as student name, subject, period, student id, email, etc. Providing your students with this information upfront should help prevent students from submitting a form with typos. Not having to worry about typos allows for consistent & reliable data when you are trying to sort a spreadsheet by student last name or view a summary of responses.  Setting up the pre-filled form requires a little work on the teacher end initially, but once created the student can bookmark the form URL and use the same form throughout the school year.
