Forgotten Password!

"Oh no! I teach a student who reset their password through password manager and they can no longer remember the password they chose! To make matters worse, they shut down their computer and can not log on!!"
This is a scenario that will probably play out in a number of classrooms. Students now have the ability to pick and choose their own passwords using password manager. Once they reset their password it will update the password they use to log onto their computer as well as any elearning passwords such as schoolspace, Google Drive, blogs, etc. If a student resets their password and forgets the password they chose, they will no longer be able to log onto their personal laptop. If this is the case they will need to reset their password using a different laptop. Please have the student who can't remember their password borrow an elbow partner's computer and calmly go to: https://pwmanager.henrico.k12.va.us
Once they arrive at the website they need to:
Enter their username
Click Forgot My Password
Answer Security Questions
Enter a new password
Return borrowed computer to elbow their partner
Log on to their computer using the updated password
