PT Conferences - Winter 2016

Parent teacher conferences are scheduled to take place on Thursday, February 11th from 4:00 pm to 7:20 pm. Holman parents will once again have the opportunity to sign up for parent teacher conferences online using ptcfast.com. I have already set up conference time tables for every teacher in the school. There will be approximately twenty - 10 minute slots allotted for each conference day. All Holman teachers should be on the lookout for an email in the near future from PTCFast containing your login information. Once logged onto the site you will have the option to modify parent sign-ups, print schedules, and edit conference/break times. It is extremely important that you do the following:
Please schedule one 10 minute break approximately half way through each of the sessions
To ensure consistency throughout the building, please do not adjust any of the dates or time frames. If you have availability issues on a specific day, please talk to an administrator.

I have also included a set of directions explaining how parents will sign up for a time to meet with you. You can preview the parent signup page by clicking on the button below. This website will provide parents with a list of Holman teacher names in alpha order as well as available conference times:
