Google Sites Training

Google Sites training will take place on Tuesday, February 25th for teachers interested in setting up a classroom blog. This blog would be a great way to highlight and document important events as they happen in your classroom. Google Sites "wiki- like" interface makes it extremely easy for teachers to post announcements, photos, and videos on their site. Another great aspect would be the fact that Google Sites is integrated with Google Drive so teachers can embed Google Slides, Sheets, Docs, Folders, & Forms directly onto the site with just a few mouse clicks. By the end of the 30 minute session teachers will leave with a functioning site that they can start using as early as the next day, or personalize and practice with the site in preparation for using it for the following school year. Teachers in attendance will receive staff development points for attending this session.
