Do you miss Inspiration? Inspiration is mind mapping software that was originally installed on student computers and was used by many teachers throughout the county to help students brainstorm, organize ideas, and make connections to text. Did you know that there is a program that is very similar to Inspiration that can be accessed through Google Drive free of charge?

LucidCharts allows teachers and students to create professional diagrams and flowcharts to help communicate visually. Lucid charts can be opened by simply logging into Google Drive and selecting it from the More drop down menu located on the black bar at the top of the page (See Sample Below). This great feature allows for students to collaborate with one another and saves all of their flowchart creations directly to Google Drive.
