How to Archive Your Email

Is your mailbox constantly filling up and over the limit? Is this causing you to delete important emails? Did you know you have the option to archive those emails to your computer? Archiving means you will never need to delete an email in order to make space on the server. Archiving removes the messages from the server and places them on your computers hard drive. That way if you ever need to access an email from months or even years ago you will still have access to those files. I created a screencast below showing you how to archive email messages in Outlook.
