Henrico Email Update

Henrico County Public Schools is in the process of transitioning from the Microsoft Exchange mail server to the cloud based Office 365 server. While this change will require some work on the teacher/staff end, the good news is that this update will provide teachers & staff with a massive amount of extra storage space. You will no longer get that annoying message that your mailbox is almost full, and archiving your email will be a thing of the past. The transition for Holman will occur on Wednesday, December 10th. There are, however, a few steps that need to be taken (after December 10th) in order to ensure that you continue to receive email on your laptop. I have attached the step by step instructions that teachers & staff will need to perform in order to complete the migration. The directions also include instructions for re-configuring your cell phone settings. Staff members will need to access webmail through the link below after December 10th until the attached directions are worked through -
