Universal Design for Learning

Universal Design for Learning (UDL) is a research based principal that explains how teachers can meet the needs of every student in their classroom. There are strong correlations between the UDL framework and the Technology Innovation Progression Chart (TIPC) as witnessed by the fact that both frameworks attempt to minimize standards based teaching barriers by stressing flexibility, multiple means of engagement, and student choice.
